Time sure flies!
Recently, Virtunet hosted another successful Lunch & Learn in Sydney. We partnered with Lenovo, Malwarebytes, Google and AMD to bring a fun, innovative end of week roundtable event.
(This event was conducted on the 21st May 2021. Virtunet followed all COVID-19 guidelines and regulations provided by the NSW government at this time.)
On the 21st May, we welcomed our 40 guests into the renowned Aria, one of Sydney’s most highly acclaimed restaurants. Sitting minutes away from the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay truly captured the heart of our theme: Smarter brings us Together.
Virtunet were joined by Joe Raish, Joe Ciardi and Alannah Phan from Lenovo, Matthew Gleeson and Luke Joas from Malwarebytes as well as Justin Navarro and Egor Pyrkov from AMD. We were given insights into the latest range of Lenovo devices, next Gen antivirus protection by Malwarebytes and high performance AMD processors.
Each table of guests and facilitators discussed important trends surrounding WFH solutions, cyber security and & sustainability. There was great energy in seeing our guests share their key IT projects for the year and an eagerness to get hands on with some new technology.
After a wonderful 3 course menu and lineup of presentations, we wrapped our lunch with a mini trivia session. Each table put their thinking caps on and came together to solve an interesting range of questions, testing their knowledge on the day’s presentations as well as some brain teaser! With a commotion of laughter and smiles, we announced our winners of the day.
A huge thank you to all our AWESOME guests for attending Virtunet’s ‘Smarter brings us together’ Lunch and Learn event. Would not have been possible without our wonderful partners- Lenovo, Malwarebytes, Google and AMD! Thank you to all and let’s continue to make IT Awesome!
